Balanced stay

convenient location helpful staff breakfast buffet small gym street noise uncomfortable pillow
I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach many local sights. The staff was helpful. I also appreciated the good breakfast buffet.
The gym was quite small. It was also difficult to find (it isn't properly signposted). My room was spacious but street noise disturbed me on several nights. The pillows in the room were not comfortable either.

I found the check-in process very efficient. I appreciated that Franco was very helpful. The food each evening was very nice. The cocktails were also super! I found the club lounge excellent. It was well staffed and attentive. The tea quality was excellent.
I noticed the heating and air conditioning made much noise. I had to take the key card out for electricity to get it to stop. The room was also small.
